The heart behind the harvest on the Holliday farm

Even though Farmer Clarke Holliday has a soft spot for Pannar’s white maize, the true apple of his eye remains his daughter, little Leah.

Stephan le Roux, Pannar’s representative for the Potchefstroom and Vereeniging areas, shared this wholesome father-and-daughter moment in the maize fields on their Ventersdorp farm. This season, Clarke from IM Boerdery planted PAN 5P-955PW, one of Pannar’s top-performing white maize hybrids.

PAN 5P-955PW has good standability and an excellent prolificacy index, yet tends not to produce too many tillers. It has good germination with strong seedling vigour and good overall disease tolerance. With PowerCore™ technology, this hybrid provides broad-spectrum protection against above-ground lepidopteran pests, stacked with glyphosate herbicide-tolerant technology for premium insect and weed control.
