Sunflower
Pannar’s sunflower stable of top performers fare well in the Agricultural Research Council national trials year after year, and harness some of the leading genetics available on the market. The hybrid package is suitable for your preferred production system and comprises conventional hybrids and Pannar sunflower hybrids with the Clearfield^® Plus trait. A high oleic hybrid rounds off the comprehensive sunflower package.

Pannar delivers hybrids that are widely adapted, maintain excellent yield potential, and offer exceptional stability under varying conditions. Planting a hybrid package is recommended to strategically manage disease and drought stress. We also bring you options to stagger your flowering season to help you manage the risk of Sclerotinia infection.

PAN 7090
This new three-way cross conventional hybrid has consistently delivered top performance in Pannar P3 trails, demonstrating good yield potential, oil content, stability and adaptability. It is recommended as part of the main planting for all sunflower production regions.

Soya beans
The Pannar soya bean cultivar package offers a profitable combination of yield potential and exceptional agronomic characteristics. The versatile Pannar soya bean package has unparalleled stability at different yield potential levels, over different production regions and seasons. It is a proven and safe choice. Pannar also provides a full range of maturity classes covering almost all planting dates and densities.

PAN 1502R
PAN 1502R (maturity group [MG] 5,2) is a consistent performer in a segment of the market that is notorious for unstable performance. It will serve as a great supportive variety to complement the long-standing PAN 1532R (MG 5,3) in this early maturity category. It has an indeterminate growth habit and is an agronomically sound variety.

PAN 1507R
As an agronomically sound variety, PAN 1507 (MG 5,5) is an excellent choice in cooler production regions. PAN 1507 complements PAN 1532R (MG 5,3) in this early maturity class, and PAN 1521 (MG 5,5) and PAN 1555R (MG 5,5) in the medium growth class.

PAN 1586R
PAN 1586R (MG 5,9) is the latest addition to the medium maturity group and an excellent choice for the eastern production area. It is a vigorous variety well suited to temperate production areas, particularly under tough conditions. Together with
PAN 1521R (MG 5,7), PAN 1555R (MG 5,7) and PAN 1588R (MG 5,9) it is recommended as part of the main planting in all the temperate dryland production areas, which also includes the western Highveld.
