PANNAR SEED Collaborates with AMPATH in Support of Kenyan Farmers21 February 2018

AMPATH, an academic medical partnership between North American health centers and the Moi University School of Medicine in Kenya, aims at improving health conditions in western Kenya since 1989. Last year, PANNAR SEED partnered with AMPATH for the development of field trials to support Kenyan farmers in their fight against the impact of weather on their crops’ germination and the devastating effect of the fall armyworm on their fields. PANNAR colleagues provided support on how to correctly manage demo trials and were available to farmers from the growing season towards harvest.

Given this successful collaboration, AMPATH is going to partner with PANNAR again this year.
