PANNAR’s Bielie Mieliekop-Optelkompetisie was held, for the second time ever, at this year’s NAMPO Harvest Day. The competition ran for the first three days of the Harvest Day between 09:00 and 12:00, with the prize winners being announced at 13:00 each day. Seed vouchers to the value of R10 000 and R5 000 for first and second place respectively were awarded daily to participants who could pick up the most loose maize cobs from one tub and transfer them to another in a single load.
