New Executive Appointments

PANNAR SEED is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Yeadon to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board and that of Andrew Jarvie as Deputy Managing Director.

Yeadon joined the Group in 2002 and has served as Commercial and Legal Director since 2003. Commenting on his added role, Yeadon said: “I look forward to the challenges that this position bestows on me and I am confident that I can serve all the stakeholders of our dynamic company and ensure its continued success into the future.”

Jarvie has been with PANNAR SEED since 1994, serving as International Director since 2003. “I am really excited about the prospect of being more involved in our South African operations and look forward to the considerable challenges and opportunities that come with this appointment,” he states.

These appointments form part of the business’s risk management strategy and are aimed at dealing more effectively with the increasing demands made on executive management by the company’s South African as well as its external operations, while simultaneously initiating possible succession planning.
